Wine Related: Talking Terroir With Pedro Parra, PHD

I have had an exceptional few weeks full of birthday gatherings with family and friends, great wine and a boatload of laughter – a perfect start to my 45th year on the planet!

I would like to share my article that I wrote for the Alcohol Professor. I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Mr. Parra at the Vancouver International Wine Festival earlier this year where we sat down for a great conversation about terroir.

Parra is an über talented scientist, wine consultant and winemaker from Chile – speaking with him was the highlight of the VIWF for me this year.

Please pour yourself a glass of wine and click HERE to read our conversation about terroir.

Enjoy!
